Help! I'm down and I can't get up!

So it turns out that spasming violently on my floor for up to an hour isn't that much fun.  I have Stiff Person Syndrome, which affects 1 in million, and  despite being in treatment for it, I am on a downslide which my medical team is working on but since my last gofundme, set up by dear friend Lulu Chen, my circumstances have changed.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                            I am on minimum disability and very limited income from my part time clerical work at Hope Animal Hospital as I DO NOT WANT TO BE DEFINED BY SPS. I have taken in a roommate which is not great and has to be changed so am still struggling to pay my bills.

I actually thought I'd be well enough by now to start my private consulting fashion service but my body had other plans, despite being in remission from Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.

The lowdown is that I cannot walk unaccompanied (I still use a walker) and cannot predict my episodes which are violent and very painful and require a neighbour to come pick me up of the floor. Most days cooking, groceries, laundry and cleaning are out of the question due to excruciating foot pain that are a bonus to the spasms so I am asking as much for in situ help as any amount of money that will help me get by.

I would really like to continue caring for my feral cats close by but I can't even do that currently as cold weather exacerbates my condition.
