Help!!! I am in real trouble

My name is Kyle D. Frank and I am a Christian living in Springville, NY. My only means of transportation was just diagnosed with a rotten sub-frame (thanks to NYS salty roads) that will cost $1500 to replace. I am disabled and use oxygen and this is my only way to get to Dr, pharmacy, Church services to preach, and other necessities like going grocery shopping. I have no other way to reach these places and I am at wits end over it. There is no public transportation out here. Please help me so that I can get out of my home and to places I need to be.
