My name is Hussien Hilles and I’m 29 years old I married my beloved Yara, several days before the tragic events of October 7 and She holds Bulgarian citizenship.

Ladies and gentlemen These are not words copied from anyone. I wrote it with all the honesty and nobility I felt.

Before the war, Yara and I had a warm house that we prepared during two years of hard work to complete and live in for the rest of our lives. I had my own shop, which was a source of livelihood for me and five other families who worked in it. We were happy & we thank God in good and bad times.

After the war, We were displaced five times from the north of the Gaza Strip to the south, as the army ordered us to do, We went to Al-Zawaida, Deir Al-Balah, Khan Yunis, and Rafah, and now my family and I don’t know where to go after the army entered Rafah!

What is worse is that my wife has not been with me since the beginning of the war! Her embassy evacuated her out of fear that her life would be in danger.

I have tried many times to contact the Foreign Ministry and the Consulate to get me out, but every time the answer comes that my papers are not sufficient, because the original marriage contract was burned in our house and they do not want copies of it.

The repeated displacement, without food or drink, without shelter, and in a small tent with my father, mother, three sisters, and my younger brother, was the hardest part.

After we lost our home and our only source of livelihood.

This small table brought my family together for dinner every day.

This is also a picture that shows what happened to our source of livelihood.

We have become homeless and now we cook on firewood for the children despite all the toxins, but we have no other choice This is a small part of our suffering inside the tents.

Please do not deprive us of what hope we have left. Yes, we can go out with my family outside Gaza and build a new house, a new source of livelihood for me and my family, and meet my wife after this absence in Europe, but only with your support and donation.
