So many residents have been displaced and have storm damage to their homes from Hurricane Ian that have very little means to fix their home, find another one, and replace the personal items that they lost, and we want to help them! These families are often overlooked and have nowhere to go but a shelter until they find a way to get back on their feet.

These are homeowners that are often struggling to make ends meet and can't afford severe damage to their home. Working low paying jobs or on fixed income the only option they often have is to walk away.

Celebrate Communities is based in Naples, Florida and as a management company of manufactured home communities is uniquely positioned to source and vet struggling families. We operate 6 manufactured home communities around Florida and are heavily involved in the manufactured housing industry. Our network of community managers is how we will obtain leads on residents that are in trouble.

We are systematically vetting each resident and working to ensure the funds we are providing are not only a hand up to someone who needs it but that the receiving people put the money toward housing repairs, another place to live, or to buy the bare necessities they lost in the storm. The funds will be kept in a designated account and the accounting will be available upon request to anyone who contributes for transparency purposes. All funds received go directly to the receiving people via check and Celebrate Communities is absorbing administrative costs to do this.
