Hurricane is our 3-year-old Cane Corso pup, and his journey has been anything but easy. We rescued him from an animal shelter last year, originally fostering him to help find a better home so he wouldn’t be put down. From what we know, Hurricane’s early life was heartbreaking—he was used for dog fighting and as bait, forced to sleep on concrete, and barely had enough to eat. Despite all he’s been through, he’s become the biggest teddy bear and brings so much love into our lives. We couldn’t let him go, so we made him a permanent part of our family.
Recently, Hurricane developed a lump on the side of his face, and our vet believes it may be a tumor that needs to be removed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, our financial situation makes it impossible for us to cover the costs of his surgery, medication, and follow-up care on our own. We’re reaching out to our community for help so Hurricane can get the treatment he needs and continue living the happy, healthy life he deserves.
All donations will go directly to Hurricane’s care. We named him after the destruction of toys, but he’s so gentle and loving—he wouldn’t hurt a fly. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Hurricane and his journey so far. Your kindness means the world to us, and we promise to keep everyone updated on his health and recovery.
