My cat Huri has been with me since she was just five weeks old, and she’s truly become a part of my life. Recently, Huri suffered a serious accident—she got caught on a fence, which left her with a deep wound on her stomach. Despite my best efforts to care for her, the wound became infected and has been draining continuously. Her condition is now critical, and she needs emergency surgery to close the wound and stop the infection from spreading further. Without this surgery, there is a real risk that Huri could pass away from her injuries.

As a student, I’m doing everything I can for Huri, but the cost of her surgery and ongoing medication is more than I can manage on my own.
