Help Hunter Receive Life saving Surgery

Dear Friends & Supporters,

Two years ago, I made a promise to my dear friend Shawna before she passed away—that I would adopt and care for her two beloved dogs. Since then, especially through the heartbreak of losing Rob in 2021 and my precious father more recently, these dogs have been a source of deep comfort and healing.

Hunter, in particular, has become my shadow. He follows me from room to room, sleeps beside me every night, and keeps me company in the garden. His funny little quirks and sweet personality make me laugh every day, even when life feels heavy. He reminds me I am never truly alone.

Now, Hunter needs me. He has a tumor growing in his mouth. Thankfully, the vet is confident it can be removed safely, and Hunter could come home the same day. The estimated cost ranges from $509 to $925 (I’ve included the vet’s estimate for reference in the photo section.

This is difficult for me to ask, but I truly can’t afford this on my own. I need help to give Hunter the care he deserves. This little dog has already helped me survive so much loss—I can’t imagine losing him, too.
