Help Hunter HS Speech & Debate go to Nationals!

Hi, my name is Khristian Owens, and I'm the head coach of the Hunter High School Speech & Debate Team. This year, we had three of our students qualify for the National Speech and Debate tournament this summer in Louisville, KY. Qualifying for Nationals is quite an achievement! In addition, one of those three students applied and was accepted to join the World Schools debate team to represent our debate district at nationals.

 

However, we receive no funding to help us attend Nationals, and the expenses are too much for the team to manage. None of our kids can afford to take advantage of this opportunity they have worked so hard for without your help. So please donate to our team!

 

Funds will be used for transportation, lodging, and food costs for the students. 100% of the money we receive from this fundraising campaign will go the kids.

*Any funds raised in excess of what is needed for Nationals will go towards team expenses for the next season.
