Our Story:

Hi, my name is Brittany, and I’m writing to share the story of my incredible husband, Humberto. After a month of not feeling well, we recently received the devastating news that he has cancer. Our world has been turned upside down, and as a family with two children, the emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming.

Humberto is the rock of our family—always loving, strong, and dedicated. We own our own business and as many of you know if we don’t work we don’t get paid. Right now, he cannot work, and I’ve had to cut back on my own work schedule to care for him and manage the household. While we remain hopeful and determined, we’re facing mounting medical expenses, frequent travel for treatments, and the challenge of living with one less income.

Humberto loves company and would be uplifted by visits from friends and family. Having loved ones around truly helps us take our minds off the challenges we’re facing. He has medication at this time to manage the pain and naps frequently because of the medication and he is very fatigued as well. Phone calls directly to him are discouraged as he might be resting.
