I found Hugo when he was 3 weeks old. He’s been our baby boy for over 7 years. I brought him home one month before my birthday in 2018.
On Thursday night, he puked four times and he coughed up some blood with his vomit.
Alarm bells were going off and we got him seen by our vet Friday morning. They found an obstruction in his intestines and we’ve been treating him since for that.
This morning, when it still hadn’t moved, he got another test and they realized it was a mass. Now we’re dealing with a potential cancer diagnosis.
He’s hospitalized in Orchard Park right now while we wait for a biopsy tomorrow.
Giving him the care he needs and deserves has already cost more than my savings. We’re looking at either surgery or chemotherapy. We’ll know more after the biopsy.
Hugo is so young and we want to give him the help he needs. If you can help us financially while we do, we’ll owe you his life.
This little guy means the world to us.
