Happy @hugomilaninla Wednesday. His look tells me he loves me. These past few weeks have been rough. He had a tumor removed 4 weeks ago and was later told it was Sarcoma, a cancer common in golden retrievers.

Next step is to amputate his digit, aka his toe, with the possibility of it coming back. I was told Hugo is now a cancer patient for life.

I'm counting my blessings as I was told by a nice lady I met during this new journey that the pain I and my family will suffer is worth the LOVE Hugo Milan gives us.
