My husband Hugo Herrera was arrested on February 18, 2021. The police came to our home and took Hugo and had more then 15 automatic guns pointed at myself and three of our  children.  Raid our home and my mother's house next to us. Then made up that Hugo resisted arrest and tried to jump the fence. Which is not true at all. Myself and our 3 year old son watched my husband get out of his car slowly and put his hands up and cooperated with law enforcement.  Law enforcement refused tell me anything that was going on. They told me to check online the next day. I had to look it up on someone elses phone because they took all our phones and our teenagers chromebooks and laptops for school. The story was all over the news. But anybody who truly knows my husband knows  Hugo is a great person ,father, husband, son, son in law, cousin, brother, friend, worker and coworker. He'd go to work and come home to his family everyday. Our children would wait by the door for there papa to come home when I told them papa was on there way home. Hugo would kiss the babies and then give me a kiss and asked how my day was. He would tell me about his day at work, take a shower, then play with our children no matter how tired he was. Then changed there diapers and helped me put them to sleep. Hugo isn't just my husband but he is my best friend. We are all so devastated over all of this. Our babies are crying for there papa. When you have such an attentive and loving dad you notice when they are not around. It's feels like a horrible nightmare.  So we need your help raising money for a lawyer to help get Hugo home to his family. Lawyers are very expensive.
