Help H.S. Ryu for Eye Surgery and Living Expense

When I visited Brisbane from Canberra last Dec in order to search for a new opportunity after finishing my masters, I got attacked and hit on my head by 7 teenagers. My left eye became blind and I am waiting for the second surgery to remove the stitches, have an artificial lens, and transplant cornea. Here is the news regarding the assault. I am the one aged 39.

I have two issues: medical and living expense. I am a victim of crime so my medical expenses will be covered by the government. But I have to pay the enormous fees upfront and then wait for the refund. I cannot work long time due to my injury, and there are only limited jobs because of my disability on the left eye. It seems it takes so much time to get the assessment from the government. I have already been waiting for the assessment of having funds for the second surgery for two months and the instruction of the application says that it would take up to six months in order to get the result of the assessment.
My savings are draining, I am having trouble paying for my food. If this continues, I will have to go back to South Korea due to lack of money at the end of September 2019. And this means that I will need to find a medical profession and prepare costs all by myself for the second surgery in Korea. This would need another six months and worsen my financial circumstances further.
Since my current visa is temporary and will be expired in February 2020, I estimated until the end of my visa:
Medical funds: $5,500
Food: $1,700
Rent: $3,800
Total: Around $11,000
I will donate and use for further treatment when the medical expense is reimbursed from the government.
