Howl is a lovable 12-year-old black lab mix I rescued when he was 2 years old. In the past year, he started getting ear infections frequently and general itchiness. It has been under control with general ear treatment, but this time it's gotten so bad he developed a hematoma in his ear about the size of a quarter. I need to take him to the vet to have it removed and go on medications to have his infection go down. Any extra funds will go to his medicated dog food, which is around $100 for a month's supply.
