"I haven't posted anything on Facebook yet and I apologize for that but thank you for praying for us even without knowing what's going on. I love you all and I'm so grateful for your prayers.

Howard fell on the 22nd of August and broke his femur at the top where it goes into his pelvis so technically he broke his right hip. He had to have surgery on the 24th and the surgeon put a metal rod in his femur with a bracket and two bolts. He had been walking for a couple of months and sleeping upstairs in our bed for a couple of weeks and now he has to go back to being in a wheelchair and sleeping downstairs again. My heart breaks for him. He's been in the hospital for 15 days. Please pray for him!! For healing and for the insurance to approve his transfer from the hospital to an acute rehab hospital so he can get physical, occupational and speech therapy. September 9th it will be 4 years since he had a stroke. He has worked so hard to regain his mobility and be able to walk with a cane and now he has to start all over again. Life is so stinking hard sometimes but God is good all the time and I know he has Howard in the palm of his hand. "
