Help Houdini Start His New Life ‍⬛

He first showed up at my home 6 weeks ago, and I could only catch him on my Ring camera. He was a frequent visitor of my heated water bowl outside.

Every time I approached, he would bolt, but he did take a liking to my inside black kitty!

As he got more comfortable, he started absolutely wailing and crying when he could see me. I thought maybe he was a girl who was in heat, but that was not the case, he just likes to talk!

After working slowly but surely to get him to trust me, he finally let me get a closer look, and it was grim.

He’s got open wounds from ticks and is having an allergic reaction to all the flea bites. He is malnourished and is not neutered. He also has no microchip and has clearly never had a human owner.

Upon seeing the severity of the wounds, I got him into a crate to go see the vet, where they told me if I had not intervened, he likely would have died from infections.

Luckily he’s now getting the works! He’s getting fixed, a microchip, an FLV test, all vaccines, and plenty of antibiotics!
