Help Hospitals in Ghana
Donation protected
We (Florian, Carmen, Britt en Sanne) are four Dutch students who are doing volunteer work in Ghana through the organization AIESEC. We are working for six weeks in two hospitals in Kumasi: the Hart Adventist Hospital and Mater Dei Hospital. Both hospitals have different departments, including surgical, dialysis, maternity, laboratory, consulting rooms, pharmacy, and scanning.
After helping out and observing for four weeks in the hospitals, we wanted to make a donation. This is because the conditions in both hospitals are quite poor, and they are in great need of medical equipment, but both hospitals do not have the funds to obtain them. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible to buy medical equipment and supplies.
They have indicated that they need the following items: patient monitor, infusion pole drip starter, finger tip pulse oximeter, Bp machine and plastic chairs for visitors or patients. We are very thankful for every donation you make.
Florian, Carmen, Britt and Sanne plan to use this money to purchase the equipment and hand it over to both hospitals in March.
