On Behalf of Horn Elementary School family,

It is with great sadness to inform you of the untimely passing of one of our students. We await confirmation that all of the student’s family have been informed before releasing their name publicly.

We do not currently have any details on the arrangements, but we will keep in contact with the family and share any information they see fit for us to release. We will keep the student's memory in our hearts and minds and keep the family in our thoughts during this tough time.

Our school family request assistance with any hospital, memorial or general funds for this family.

They are loved and supported by the Horn family and we are asking for further assistance.
