Help Hope Overcome Endometriosis

My name is Hope and for years I have been struggling with debilitating symptoms caused by endometriosis. This has not only caused me to miss out of functions with family and friends, but has impacted my work, my ability to be active, and my home life. I have the incredible opportunity to get an excision surgery at the end of this month to get rid of any and all endo that is found, which will significantly improve my quality of life. The surgery is unfortunately going to be entirely out of pocket, and can cost up to $16,000 depending on how extensive the endo is.
