Shaniqua is a server at our Brooksville Applebee's location. Driving home from her second job in the early morning hours of Sunday October 25th, a drunk driver crossed over into the oncoming path of Shaniqua’s car. The impact was so great there was little hope of survival. After being Med-flighted, Shaniqua was in surgery for 9 hours to save her life. She suffered a ruptured aorta, crushed ribcage & shattered hips. Shaniqua has no feeling in her legs or feet. Her family feels it is a true miracle of GOD that she survived. She is going to have a very long & tough road ahead of her.

Shaniqua is single mom who has a beautiful son Richard that she absolutely adores. This whole experience has been horrific & completely traumatizing for Shaniqua & Richard.
