Zoë has been my only constant since the day I turned 18. Through homelessness, moving from place to place, and the hardest years of my life, she was the one heart that never left my side. She is quite literally the reason I am alive today. She stayed by me through everything, and I promised I would never abandon her.
Now, my brave girl is facing a battle she cannot win.
Zoë has been diagnosed with aggressive inflammatory mammary carcinoma. The cancer has already spread to her lungs and brain. There are no surgeries left and no more treatments—the only kind thing left to do is to stop her suffering before the pain becomes too much for her to bear.
I am absolutely heartbroken, and I am asking for your help to give her a peaceful goodbye. I am struggling to cover the costs for her humane euthanasia and the private cremation she deserves. I need to bring her ashes home, so that even in death, she can stay by my side just as she has for all these years.
How you can help:
Donations: Will go directly to her end-of-life medical costs and cremation.
Shares: If you cannot give, please share Zoë’s story.
