Victor had been struggling with an enlarged heart, and recently, he lost his medical insurance. This made an already difficult situation even more challenging for our family. We are planning to hold the funeral at 4830 W Illinois Ave in Dallas, TX, and want to give Victor the respectful service he deserves.
