Help Honor Victor Rodriguez's Memory

We want to give my brother, Victor Rodriguez, the memorial he deserves in order to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes to him. My brother was shot last night while walking with his friend. When the police arrived, they pronounced both of them DOA, and it broke our hearts. He was a good brother, took care of us plenty of times, and he was always there when we needed something. He always put his family before anything.
