I am Ivana Blakely. It is with a very heavy heart that I must announce that Ralph Anthony Higgins, my father, passed away in the early morning hours on Tuesday February 4th, 2025.

Ralph A. Higgins, more lovingly known as "Uncle Tony" or "Tony", was born October 3, 1962 to Deana & Leofus Higgins in Detroit, Mi. He is one of 13 children, hints how he became so well know as "Uncle". To know him was to love him, whether you liked it or not lol.

My four siblings, our family & all of his extended family as well are just devastated by his passing & want nothing more in this extremely difficult time than to be able to finalize his arrangements with love, honor & dignity.

Despite having his heart in the right place, we are still not able to locate any life insurance policy he may have had. So we humbly ask for any financial gift you may have on your heart to share in order to help shoulder this heavy weight on the family at this time. It goes a long way to help begin the healing needed after losing such a huge piece of our family.
