We are heartbroken to share the passing of Hoyt Raymond Molina, lovingly known as Tito—my godfather and father-in-law. Tito suffered a stroke on May 3rd, which led to a series of medical complications. After a successful surgery to place stents in his neck and brain, he faced a difficult recovery. The blood thinners required to protect the stents caused a brain bleed, leading to further challenges and difficult decisions for our family.
Despite the best efforts of his medical team, Tito endured additional complications, including a period of negligence that worsened his condition. Through it all, he remained strong and responsive, showing his resilience and spirit. On May 7th, after a particularly difficult day, his condition worsened, but our family held strong in faith till the end believing in possible recovery. Yet he was placed to rest on May 10th at 1:45 am.
We are now seeking support to give Tito the honorable farewell he deserves. The funds raised will help cover funeral costs, burial services, and address his outstanding debts. If we are blessed to receive donations beyond our initial amount, every extra dollar will go directly toward paying off Tito’s remaining debt, helping to relieve the financial burden on our family. My husband, Charles, has never before asked for help, but in this moment of need, we are turning to our community. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help us honor Tito’s memory and support our family as we navigate this loss. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean the world to us.
