Help honor the passing of Moses Onciu

It is with heavy hearts and much sorrow that we share the devastating news of the passing of our beloved Moses Onciu.

Moses suddenly passed away on Sunday, April 28th, 2024. Forever fighting the good fight, he was taken from us far too soon and has now gone to be with the Lord. He’s survived by his 6 children.

For those who knew Moses, he was a devout patriot, not only in God's army, but he was also patriotic to the country that accepted our family with open arms. Moses served this country in the Army, and he made it very well known that when the Lord were to call him home, with pride in his voice, he would say, "Please make sure I have a proper military send off." Unfortunately, the military cemetery only allows 2 flower wreaths.

For those who wish to pay last respects to Moses and his family, in lieu of flowers, the funds raised through this GoFundMe campaign will directly support his family in covering expenses associated with his passing. Any remaining money will be directed towards honoring and keeping his memory alive.

May God bless all of Moses’ friends and acquaintances that have flooded the family with kind words and prayers.

For those interested, Funeral service will be on Thurs May 16th, 2024 at 7pm, at Living waters Romanian Church, 3720 W. Sweetwater Ave, Phoenix AZ. 85029.

Service and viewing is open to all.

The burial service will be the full military honors, per his wishes on the following day and due to limitations will be family only.
