It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Richard Thomas “Rich” Bollman of Waterford, Michigan, who left us far too soon at the age of 40 on August 28, 2025.

Rich was a devoted father to his daughter, Cali Shay, and a beloved son, brother, and uncle. He touched the lives of so many with his kindness, humor, and the love he shared with his family, friends, and community.

This unexpected loss has left our family not only grieving but also facing the financial burden of funeral expenses. Anything raised beyond funeral costs will go directly to supporting his loving daughter, Cali Shay, for her future education and financial well-being — a lasting tribute to the father who adored her.
