Help Honor the Memory of a Kind Soul Killed in a Hit & Run
Donation protected
We are heartbroken to share that a beloved member of our community tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run accident on October 11th, 2024, in Midland Park, NJ. Due to confidentiality and an ongoing investigation, his name cannot be released at this time. With no next of kin and having faced significant challenges, including homelessness and mental health issues, he was more than just a statistic; he was a person with dreams, struggles, and a story that deserves to be remembered.
Despite his own hardships, he was always willing to help others. Whether offering a kind word, sharing a meal, or lending a listening ear, his spirit touched the lives of many, reminding us of the strength in compassion.
In this difficult time, we want to ensure that he receives a dignified farewell. We are raising funds to cover funeral expenses, which will be handled by Aloia Funeral Home in Garfield, NJ. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help us pay tribute to a life that brought light to those around him.
Why Your Support Matters:
• Dignified Farewell: Help us provide him with the respect he deserves in his final resting place.
• Community Support: This is an opportunity to come together as a community to support one another and honor a life that, though often overlooked, was valuable.
• Mental Health Awareness: His story highlights the importance of mental health support and compassion for those facing similar struggles.
Please consider donating and sharing this campaign. Let’s ensure that his memory lives on and that we stand together for those who may not have anyone else to advocate for them. Any excess funds collected will be donated to a local mental health organization in honor of his memory.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
