It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Mathew Kline on April 10, 2026, at the age of 53. Mathew was a funny, goofy, adventurous, and deeply loyal man who meant so much to everyone who knew him. Above all else, he loved his family and friends. He shared a deep and devoted love with his fiancée, Carrie, and was incredibly proud of his daughter, step-children, and his 12 grandchildren. His family was his greatest joy, and he never missed an opportunity to spend time with the people he loved.
He enjoyed the simple and joyful things in life: karaoke nights, being out on the water boating, watching sports, and playing golf. Those who knew him will remember his humor, his energy, and his ability to make people laugh even in ordinary moments. His passing was sudden and unexpected. Due to ongoing health issues, he had not been working, and unfortunately, there are no financial resources set aside for funeral expenses. As his family, we are now trying to navigate this heartbreaking loss while also arranging a service that honors the life he lived and the love he gave so freely.
We are asking for help to cover funeral and memorial costs so we can give Mathew the farewell he deserves. Any donation (no matter the amount) or even sharing this page means more than we can express. It allows us to focus on grieving and remembering him, rather than the financial burden left behind. Thank you for your love, kindness, and support during this incredibly difficult time. With gratitude, Amanda Hutcheon (Matt’s Daughter)
