We are heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of our beloved mother, Tasha Manago, at just 52 years old. Tasha was a dedicated medical assistant at Stanford, known for her kindness, big heart, and radiant smile. She always put others first, caring for everyone around her, even while bravely facing her own health challenges with lupus and thyroid problems. Her strength and compassion touched countless lives, from her family to her coworkers at Stanford and AC Transit.

This loss has left our family—her children, Karema, La’Tara, and myself—devastated. We are now faced with the difficult task of arranging her cremation service and handling unexpected expenses, including travel to Washington, DC, to be with family and manage her affairs. The financial burden is overwhelming, and we want to honor Tasha with the beautiful service she deserves, surrounded by those who loved her.

We are deeply grateful for every prayer, condolence, and act of kindness during this time. Any support, no matter how small, will help us give Tasha a loving farewell and ease the burden on our family.
