Our mother, Silvina Hernandez, was a devoted wife, loving mother, and a beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. For 54 years, she called Ventura County home, always opening her heart and her kitchen to friends, family, and anyone in need. Silvina was deeply devoted to God, her husband, her children, and cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She found joy in the company of others, living a moderate life filled with kindness, trustworthiness, and generosity. Her love for her family extended across borders, and she treasured her time spent in Mexico with loved ones.

Silvina bravely fought cancer for 12 years, facing each challenge with strength and grace. In August 2025, she was diagnosed for the fourth time, and despite her courage, she was unable to overcome it. Through it all, she remained a pillar of support for our family, always offering a plate of food or a comforting word to those around her. Her passing has left a profound void in our lives, and we are heartbroken to say goodbye to such a remarkable woman.
