My name is Leandra, and I am raising funds for my beloved sister, Sharon Kaye Pierce (Obleness). Sharon was the oldest in our family and someone who always put others before herself. Over the last several months, she battled pneumonia and spent time in St. Mary's hospital before moving to Garland Road skilled nursing home. Despite her health struggles, including an overactive thyroid that made it hard for her to gain weight, Sharon showed incredible strength. She was finally released to go home, and for the first time in years, she gained a little weight, reaching 86 lbs. Sadly, her journey ended before she could return home, leaving our family heartbroken.
Her passing was sudden and unexpected, and we are struggling to cover the costs of her funeral service. Sharon was someone who would help anyone and loved everyone she met. Her husband is devastated by her loss, and we want to honor her memory by giving her the farewell she deserves. The funds raised will go directly to her funeral service, helping us fulfill her last wishes and provide comfort to her husband during this difficult time.
We are reaching out to our community for support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference and help us give Sharon the loving goodbye she deserves. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly hard time.
