My name is Heather Roth and I am fundraising to help pay for my dad, Russell Roth's funeral. Russell, aka Charlie, passed away on July 16th peacefully at home. As most are aware, funerals can be quite expensive. Thankfully, as a Veteran of the US Navy, he is eligible to be buried in the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery as he requested and the cost of his headstone and gravesite will be covered. However, the funeral and casket, etc will be the family’s responsibility. With generous donations we have already received, we are getting closer to our goal.
