Hello everyone, my name is Shelby Ballenger. I am one of Rick Ballenger's daughters.

My father passed away in his home on Friday, September 20th. My dad was a man with a big heart. He could make anyone laugh and change your day around in a second. He was a very hardworking man and always took care of his family. He did life his way, and I know he lived it to the fullest. He made his mark with his 43 years on this earth. I know he’s looking down at us smiling, pain-free, and truly happy
