Help Honor Richard's Father with a Proper Farewell

My name is Richard Reals, and this GoFundMe is to try to raise money for my father's funeral expenses. It's come at a rough time when I don't have the ability to pay for it all. He and I both thought that he would be around a lot longer than he was, and this kind of blindsided me. My father is my best friend. He saved me from many tragedies in life, including when our house burned down, and after a severe trauma I endured... he brought me back. He was, and is, an amazing father, and would have been my best man at my wedding.

He loved his kids and had a huge heart. Even if he had very little, he would still offer it to you if you needed it.

He had his heel cut off because he had an infection in his bone and was placed into a healthcare facility to receive wound care. He fought through pain, both emotional and physical, for two and a half years there. This is a man who had lost kidney function, had dialysis three times a week, and made a full recovery. I was trying to get everything in place for him to come stay with me and have all of the medical things he required because that facility had been neglecting him and it caused him to get much worse, quickly.

If you knew him, you know how selfless he is. If you didn't know him, chances are, you would have at some point when you needed help. If your vehicle broke down, or you looked like you needed a friend, he would offer help in whatever way he could.

We don't have the funds to take care of his funeral service and cremation, so we're asking for a little help to cover those expenses.
