Richard Tapia Jr was a 2 year old Ray of Sunshine who earned his wings on July 18th 2024. A loving son, brother, grandson, great grandson, and nephew who was fearless and so full of laughter. A bright little boy who wanted nothing more than the love from his Family. Please help the family honor Junior’s memory in saying our last goodbyes.
