Richard Candy Luvian was a kind soul who touched the lives of everyone he met. He was always ready to lend a hand, offer a smile, and help those in need. Tragically, Richard was at a railroad crossing when he proceeded across on his e-bike, not realizing a second train was coming. He was struck and killed, leaving our family heartbroken and in need of support.

Richard's generosity and warmth made him a beloved member of our community. He was always helping others, and now we are asking for help ourselves as we try to honor his memory.
