Our dad, lovingly known as 'Pops' to everyone who met him, was the nicest guy you could ever know. He was a jokester, a hard worker, and an amazing father who always made our friends feel like family. Pops was a master mechanic who could MacGyver anything, and even after retiring five years ago, he never stopped helping those around him. He loved his family and grandkids deeply, and although he never liked the city, Nashville became his home away from home thanks to me and later Jon.

His passing was sudden. Unfortunately, he did not have life insurance. As we navigate this difficult time, we are facing unexpected expenses for his cremation and funeral service. I also hope to honor his memory with a memorial at his property in the future, and some of the funds will help cover travel expenses from Nashville to Kentucky so our family can be together to say goodbye.

Nothing is expected and everything is appreciated. Anything helps in this time of need, and I know the love and support from friends, family, and our community will carry me through. Thank you for considering helping us honor Pops and give him the farewell he deserves.
