Our hearts are broken as we share the sudden and unexpected passing of Phaedra Celeste Cabañellas Pieper on February 22nd, 2025. Phaedra was a cherished mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, and beloved friend and chosen family to many. Her infectious laugh and warm smile made everyone feel seen and loved.

Due to the unexpected nature of her passing, our family is facing the difficult task of arranging her burial. Phaedra had expressed her wish to be laid to rest at Seven Stones in Colorado. This location held special meaning for her, as she often visited one of her closest friends at this site where she found solace in the tranquility of the peaceful nature surrounding the grounds.

Her loving mother has exhausted her funds contributing as much as she could towards the cost of the burial plot in order to honor her promise to her daughter to bury her at Seven Stones and is humbly asking for any support to help raise the remaining amount.

Phaedra gave her heart and soul to those she loved, and we want to honor her final wishes by laying her to rest in the place she chose. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will help us give her the peaceful farewell she deserves.
