Dear Friends and Family,

It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of my father, Parreh, a former Karenni refugee paramedic in Thailand. My father tragically lost his life in a devastating accident at age 47. He was a victim of a vehicular homicide that occurred on Friday May 24 2024, where he was later pronounced dead on Saturday, May 25th, 2024. He was a beloved member of our family, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for those around him. Many will remember his warm and outgoing personality. He is survived by his wife and four children.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are reaching out to our community for support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will directly help ease the financial burden on our family and ensure that my father receives a proper and dignified farewell as well as help us pay for other expenses.
