On December 22nd, we lost an amazing son, husband, father, and my best friend. Nick was a good man who always helped anyone in need, whether it was giving what he could or simply offering advice. We are lost without him—he was my rock and the foundation that made me who I am today. Everyone wants to help, but what I truly want is my husband back. He is irreplaceable.

I am not one to ask for help, but we had no insurance or emergency plans in place for something like this. Even in the end, Nick continued to help others as a donor, and he wanted to be cremated. For those of you who have asked what you can do, anything will help. I am so lost without him, and your support means more than words can say. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, especially during the holidays when I know money is tight for everyone.

On January 15th, I lost my mom, someone who gave the world to me and was always there for me when I needed her. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life and I still am in shock. I will keep pushing forward and stay strong as much as I can for my sister, who is also still in shock from this situation. Although I can rest assured, knowing that my mom and Nick are together in a much better place. At the moment, I don't know what path I will take, but I hope in the end, everything can get better and I can continue making them proud.

I generally do not like asking for help, but if you are able to support me, it would mean so much to me, and I would be eternally grateful. I can promise that any support I receive will be used for positive contributions to my life and to my future.
