My mother was a strong woman who endured a broken knee for two years, never letting it break her spirit. Despite her struggles with diabetes, she always found a way to keep going. Sadly, after a fall on Sunday night that broke her hip, she didn't survive the emergency surgery. Her passing was so sudden, and I still can't believe she's gone. I had plans to spend more time with her next year, but now those moments will never happen.

Although she could be a handful at times, I loved her with all my heart. Losing her so unexpectedly has left me heartbroken and unprepared. I'm reaching out for help to cover her memorial arrangements and services, as I want to honor her memory in the best way possible.
