My dad wasn’t perfect. He was always on and off the streets, choosing a lifestyle that was hard for many to understand. Despite everything, my sister and I always tried to help him in any way we could. This morning, he was found deceased in a tent in Tulare, California. I am his only daughter and his only child, . The few times I was able to see him, he was caring, loving, and respectful. He always did his best to see me when he could, and even though he struggled, he was still my dad and I loved him deeply.

Right now, I don’t have a steady job and I don’t have the funds to cremate him. Cremation is the most affordable option, but it is more than I can manage on my own. Any support will help me give my dad the dignity he deserves and ease the financial burden during this difficult time.
