Our dear Mimi Calpestri left this earthly plane with the Eclipse on Monday April 8th.

She stepped outside to watch, with her daughter Angela, felt tired and lay down for a nap.

She then passed into her new life peacefully in her sleep, at home in Bolinas, one month before her 94th birthday. What an extraordinary departure!

Mimi was many things to many people - Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother to her family. A true Elder, Mimi was a Pipe Carrier and led Sweat Lodge ceremonies in Bolinas and England for many years. Within the community, Mimi was our guide as a Therapist, Dream Interpreter and dear friend.

We are asking for financial help to contribute to Mimi's mortuary costs and accrued caregiver and medical expenses. This will help Angela and family get through this difficult period and honor our beloved Mimi at the same time.
