My name is Jacqui and Mike Tomlinson was my father. We all knew Mike in different ways, throughout various times of our lives. My siblings and I loved our dad very much, and we want to be able to celebrate his life and honor his wishes. We are asking for help for these final, end of life arrangements which have come as an unexpected cost from his family.
