I'm saddened to announce the passing of my sister, Melissa Smith, at the age of 36 years old due to natural causes. She was full of life and love. She kept us laughing. Despite her disability, she loved life and enjoyed having a great time. Art and Special Olympics were her passions. To know her is to love her. She will be truly missed.
