Mary, my sister, suffered a heart attack at home that resulted in severe brain trauma due to a lack of oxygen. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, all tests have shown that she has no brain wave activity. She is currently on life support, and after much discussion and heartbreak, our family has decided to honor her wishes and stop all support. Mary was clear that she wanted to be cremated and did not want any services. Unfortunately, she did not have life insurance or any savings, and our family was completely unprepared for this sudden and devastating situation.
