Help Honor Mary Ann's Final Journey

I just want to thank anyone and everyone who is willing to help in such a hard time. My grandmother Mary Ann is on her final hours and I need as much help as I can possibly get to send her out the best way I can. My grandmother is my heart so any help I can get would mean the world to me.
