Lou Ann Carrasco was a cherished part of our family and community. Her kindness, warmth, generosity, and grand personality touched the lives of everyone who met her. Lou Ann always put others first, and her gentle, fiery, caring spirit will be deeply missed by all of us. Lou left behind three children, four grandchildren, and many friends.
