Update: Layne passed away from toxic megacolon. A rare condition that we never saw coming. 2 years ago Layne was brought to the doctor regarding his stools. They wrote it off and said that he would grow out of it. His mom trusted them that his stools not being formed was normal. Never could she have imagined that this would take his life at just 5 years old. She trusted the healthcare system, trusted his doctor. Now she is without her sweet boy. Never will life be the same.

No parent should ever have to bury their child and most don't prepare for such a tragedy. I am asking for any donations to help Sheynne lay her beautiful 5 year old little boy Layne to rest. She is a single mom, and nothing could have prepared her for this. I am hoping that we can raise enough for her to try to take this piece to her tragedy off her plate while she tries to learn to live in this world without her beautiful son. She somehow has to pick up her pieces and be there for her 9 year old and 1 year old while mourning her sweet Layne. Anything will help.
